The room we booked was decent sized, with bunk beds, repaired plus soaps. The staff and people generally were excellent friendly. The venue was set in the countryside position near the establishment.
Unfortunately, there was no service.

Stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our choice. Marvellous countryside location short walk to ferry port and the estuary. Plus, Neal's Yard Thoroughfare was just a short walk away from the venue. There was a great bar on site.
Disappointing aspect was very dirty bathroom.

It was an absolutely perfect and magnificent location for us, close to shop and chemist, New forest and Peppa Pig world. Besides, Saxon Lake was 5 km away from the property.

Stayed here for 1 night with my dog, had a very relaxing stay. The venue was in a countryside location very close to other parts of the estuary, and ferry port and New forest. Again, it was 20 mins drive from View Heathrow Observation Deck.
